Shipping Policy

🚨 Orders placed between July 25 and August 1 will not be shipped until end of day, August 2 🚨 

We are currently only shipping within the United States.

Order Processing Time:

Your order is final and cannot be changed after 24 hours.

It is then packaged and shipped within 3 business days afterwards. All orders purchased after 3pm EST will be considered next business day orders.

*most of the time, during regular seasons, orders are shipped out within 48 hours* 

Example: Sally placed her order on Monday at 11am EST, she can expect an email about the shipment of her order by OR before Thursday at 8pm EST.

  • You have not received an email that your order has shipped.
  • Status of your order: when it will be packaged or dropped off to the post office.
  • You would like to cancel an order within the 24-hour window period. 
  • You would like to change the address of an order within the 24-hour window period.
