What if I am unhappy with my product?

Use the “Contact Us” website form if you are unhappy with the quality of product you’ve received. We strive to maintain a high level of professionalism from the time you enter our website to the moment you use our hair products. We value your feedback and will do all we can to satisfy valued customers like you. 

The address I put on my order was wrong. What do I do?

Please double check all address orders before checking out. If you put the incorrect address on an order or would like to send it to another address instead, please email 313bynu@gmail within 2 hours of placing your order. The earlier the better!

Once your order is shipped, you will have to pay for additional shipping to get your items resent to you.

 

I need to add/delete items from my order. What do I do?

After 24 hours, your order is final and cannot be changed, refunded, or returned. In the event that the items in your order need to be changed,please cancel your order within the 24-hour order editing period and reorder.

I did not receive an email that my order has shipped. What do I do?

Please email 313bynu@gmail.com with your name and order number so I can confirm if there was an error on my end.

When can I expect a response after contact?
